Signage / Android TV

Digital-signage product that connects TV playback, operator tools, billing, and content automation.

Project overview

The core requirement was a structure that connected store screens, operator tools, billing, and content delivery without breaking the flow.

MenuBoss is a digital-signage product where in-store playback, mobile operations, subscription billing, and content management have to work as one system. The main challenge was not just displaying menus, but keeping branch operations and device delivery aligned.

In the implemented scope, Android TV playback flows, a Flutter operator app, Stripe subscriptions, gRPC event handling, Codemagic pipelines, Datadog monitoring, and AWS-backed asset delivery were connected. It sits closer to a store-operations SaaS product than a simple media player.

Why it was needed

01

Menu screens had to update reliably in-store while operations needed to manage multiple branches and devices at once.

What I built first

02

I tied together Android TV playback, the mobile admin app, Stripe subscriptions, gRPC event handling, and content-generation automation.

Where this approach works well

03

This fits signage, store-facing SaaS, and branch-by-branch content operations where screen delivery and ops tooling have to move together.
